Established in 2011, Specialty Batch Coffee initially set out to be an educational hub and training facility for all aspects of the coffee industry in the Middle East. In 2013, recognizing a gap in the market for truly exceptional coffee, the company launched its Roastery and Equipment division, aiming to collaborate with niche cafes seeking a more artisanal coffee experience.
 
The business has continued to expand since then with a commercial Espresso & Brew Bar and Live Demo Showroom, plus a new location - a 2,800-square-foot space in Al Quoz with a technical service division, a coffee training center, and production roasting machines. Further expanding to a new 7,000-square-foot facility in Mina Rashid, which includes a water-front coffee bar.
 
The technical division at Specialty Batch Coffee grew substantially, providing equipment operations and maintenance support to over 180 cafes and restaurants across the UAE and tripling its capabilities, now offering regular and emergency service to more than 440 establishments.
